Tiger OCR Library is the set of DLL's for Windows XP and Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 98/95.

Tiger OCR Library is an OCR engine compatible with Visual C++, Visual Basic, Delphi, Borland C-builder. Tiger OCR Library is implemented in Standard ANSI C and does not use Microsoft Foundation Classes or any other libraries that are not based on our own source code.

You can evaluate the performance of Tiger OCR by downloading our retail software package Cuneiform OCR for Windows. This retail package uses Tiger OCR Library as its OCR Engine. Cuneiform OCR should give you the general performance results of Tiger OCR SDK.

As a developer you can evaluate an example of how to incorporate Tiger OCR into an application written in Visual C++ or Visual Basic. We recommend developers to familiarize themselves with API manual for Tiger OCR SDK. It will make your integration effort very easy.
